Denosumab Increases BMD in Arthritis Patients

PARIS — Treatment with the investigational agent denosumab led to increases in bone mineral density and reductions in the rate of erosion progression in the hands of patients with rheumatoid arthritis, according to the findings of a randomized controlled trial and a post hoc analysis.
