Clarification

The study discussed in “4-D CT Found to Benefit Parathyroid Reoperation” (June 2008, p. 19) was presented at the annual meeting of the Southern Surgical Association by Dr. Kelly K. Hunt on behalf of Dr. Melinda Mortenson and her colleagues in surgical endocrinology at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Houston. Dr. Hunt, an ACS Fellow who is also with M.D. Anderson, was not involved in conducting the study.
