Many Type 2 Patients Will Need Insulin Combination

AMSTERDAM — Most patients with type 2 diabetes who fail to achieve adequate glucose control with oral agents are likely to need combination insulin therapy in the long run, Dr. Rury R. Holman said at the annual meeting of the European Association for the Study of Diabetes.
