Hürthle cell risk determined by size

MONTREAL — A threshold measurement of 4 cm in Hürthle cell neoplasms can stratify patients into high or low risk for malignancy, and help determine the need for total thyroidectomy, according to findings presented at a meeting sponsored by the International Society of Surgery.
