Lower Gestational Diabetes Threshold Backed by Studies: Diagnostic criteria have yet to change.

LISBON — Pregnant women with serum glucose levels as low as 7.8 mmol/L (140.4 mg/dL) 2 hours following an oral glucose tolerance test should be diagnosed with gestational diabetes, according to results from two independent studies.
