Copeptin May Reflect Vasopressin Levels in Sepsis

GLASGOW, SCOTLAND — Swiss researchers have identified a precursor to arginine vasopressin that may be easier to measure and could prove to be useful for diagnosis and monitoring of patients with sepsis, according to a study presented at the 8th European Congress of Endocrinology.
